Roamer Alexis Angulo (27-3-0, 23 KOs) steps up in weight class to light heavyweight on Friday night when he headlines a six-fight card at the Tropical Park Equestrian Center in Miami against veteran Oscar Riojas (29-17-3, 17 KOs). Angulo last fought in June 2022 when he lost a unanimous decision to WBO North American super middleweight champion Edgar Berlanga. Riojas got his first victory in six fights on Sept. 23 when he stopped Felix Quiroz Martinez by TKO in Guadalupe, Mexico. The Angulo-Riojas bout is scheduled for 10 rounds at an event dubbed the Rumble Rodeo. Angulo, a Colombian, fights out of Miami while Riojas comes from Monterrey, Mexico.

Prior to the main event, unbeaten light heavyweight Brayan Leon (4-0-0, 4 KOs) takes on Ismael Ocles (14-15-2, 3 KOs) in a fight scheduled for eight rounds. Leon knocked out Cameron Sevilla Rivera in the fourth round on Oct. 7 in Medford, Oregon, while Ocles retired after the fifth round in a Jan. 20 loss to Imran Haddabah in Tampa.
Super featherweights Daniel Bailey (12-1-0, 5 KOs) and Jerson Ortiz (17-10-0, 8 KOs) are set for six rounds. Bailey took a majority decision from Malik Warren in Houston on Dec. 1 while Ortiz lost his sixth straight fight when he was unable to come out for the third round against Jorge Chavez in Indio, California, on Dec. 14.
The card opens with middleweights Alex Esponda (3-0-0, 3 KOs) and Rey Berrera Sarasola (0-1-0) scheduled for four rounds before heavyweights Gustavo Trujillo (5-0-0, 5 KOs) and Terrell Jamal Woods (29-58-10, 21 KOs) are set to go four rounds. In another heavyweight bout, Lorenzo Medina (9-0-0, 8 KOs) is scheduled for six rounds against Michael Glasscox (6-5-2, 5 KOs).
